We got back into the building and it’s even more freaky this time!

The Prologue
Well gang it looks like I am getting the honor of watching 2! Having just seen and being blown away by it I wasn’t sure if I’d get anything with the sequel that could live up to the first and while it surely wasn’t an easy task I do believe this one has done it!
And it has done it by not just giving us what we saw all over again in . 2 is just as creative than the original if not more so, it don’t rest on what we already have it gives us something different all the while holding true to the first.
The Movie
The action continues from , It has been just 15 minutes after authorities lost contact with the people locked in the building under quarantine. Nobody knows what happened inside. Outside is chaos as a SWAT unit enters the interior of the building to monitor the situation and determine what is happening. A seemingly quick and easy task. But everyone knows. Sometimes appearances can be deceiving…
And deceiving they are as what happens once that SWAT goes into that building is just too creepy for words. But one thing I will say is if you had any questions at all after watching then 2 will more than answer them. But if the answers are to your liking will however determine your opinion on the whole movie. What I saw creeps me out and as a result I was hooked into what I was seeing and it freaked me out.
One of the coolest parts of 2 is how they keep the POV theme going with the camera man from the first film no longer being around. Now not only does the SWAT team have their own camera, they also have camera built in on their helmets which allows for different styles of the same POV actions. Also we have another group with a camera around this time as well so I’ll hand it to the people behind this movie for finding a creative way to top the original.
Also above all else is some pretty creative shocks and surprises you see as well, some of which I clearly can’t tell you without messing up the movie for you but let me just say it knows what the audience wants and it does give it to us but once we reach the end you may be second guessing on if it’s better that we got it or not. I know that may not make a whole lot of sense to you now but trust me, once you see it you’ll know just what I mean.
One cool touch with this movie was making sure that the people from the first (be in infected now) pop up inside the building as well and it looks for the most part to be the same people, this was a great move as you can’t just forget these people and the movie doesn’t. Also as you would probably assume, there is also other things in the building raising hell as well.
To many people (myself included) is thought very highly of and while I didn’t think it was possible I truly believe that 2 tops it! If you had told me this before hand I would have said you were crazy but take my advice folks, it’s ever bit as good and I think better than the original.
The Conclusion
Awesome films folks! There’s a lot more story here than in the original and I think it gets a lot more creepy and intense as well. I do believe this is one of the very few sequels that tops the first however if they bust out with a 3 down the road I’ll be interested to see just how they pull it off.
A must see folks!
