Affiliate Disclosure

Zombie Don’t Run is a free site, and running it costs money — hosting, domain, coffee consumed during 2 a.m. horror marathons. To keep the lights on (dimly, for atmosphere), we earn money in a few ways, and we believe you deserve to know exactly how.
Affiliate Links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. That means if you click one and then rent, buy, or subscribe to something, we may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is the same whether you use our link or not.
Zombie Don’t Run is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
We also participate in affiliate programs for streaming services and other retailers relevant to horror fans.
What Affiliate Links Do NOT Affect
This is the part we care about most:
- Our reviews are never influenced by affiliate relationships. If a movie is bad, we say it’s bad — including when an affiliate link to it sits right below the review. The commission is the same either way, and our scare ratings would be worthless if you couldn’t trust them.
- We never accept payment for reviews. Not from studios, distributors, filmmakers, or anyone else. See our Ethics & Review Policy for the full breakdown of how we handle screeners and advertisers.
- We link to things because they’re relevant, not because they pay. A “where to watch” link appears because you just read 800 words about a movie and might want to watch it — the affiliate part is incidental.
Advertising
This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. We don’t choose the individual ads you see, and advertisers have no input on our editorial content. If a company that advertises here has a film we review, we’ll say so in that review.
How Posts Are Marked
Any post containing affiliate links includes a short disclosure at the top. If you ever spot a post where we’ve missed one, let us know and we’ll fix it.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, contact us. We’d rather over-explain than have you wonder.
