On the day that many of you insist on calling Zombie Jesus Day, which I feel makes no sense since Jesus didn’t try to eat anyone and probably was more ghost-like than anything else. We have yet another earthquake on our hands, this one hitting right here in the states in Baja California and registering at a 7.2.
While we horror bloggers are immune to just about anything you could toss as us in a movie form, when you take a look at the very real outbreak of worldly disasters that seem to be hitting us at a massive rate these days the horror gets pretty real and really scary.
So what all is it we have to deal with now days? Quakes coming all the time. A flu that did a fine job of doing in more than a far share of people. Lets not forget the possibility of war that always hangs over our heads as well. Not just the one going on now but the ones that may come. It would all for sure freak me out if I took time to dwell on it, which sadly is starting to happen more and more as something new and horrible comes along at what almost seems like a daily rate now.
Now I do have my own religious beliefs that I’d never dare try to force off on someone else. As a matter of fact, I’d just assume not even talk about it with people because I respect people who believe in whatever even if that person actually believes in nothing at all. I look at like this, I’m no one to be judging anyone else.
Also, I’m not one of those Mayan following people who believe that the world will end on December in 2012. I mean who knows right? But if the world does start the ending process on that day at least now we all know we can put our lives in the hands of John Cusack and all will be fine and dandy!
But just what does all this horrible stuff that is happening really mean, if anything? I can honestly tell you that while it makes me think, I really don’t know what to think or how to feel about it. But that being said, what I want to know is what YOU all think about it? Are we doomed? Is the end near?? Or is this just a string of really bad luck?
