Well this was some news I sure didn’t expect to get today. Had I gotten it earlier it would have made my Odds and Ends post. As everyone knows, this new Mortal Kombat game was going to have four extra characters that were to be DLC (downloadable content). And while the first three characters were just regular Mortal Kombat folks, I don’t think we extected who we got for number 4, FREDDY KRUEGER! Check out the awesome character trailer below.
Only negative I see coming from this is the fact it’s based on the remake Freddy and not Robert Englunds’ original Freddy. But it’s still awesome.
Krueger in Mortal Kombat will set you back 400 Microsoft points or $4.99 on the PlayStation Network.
