Cannibal Kitchen: Wolfman Has Tangy Nards

“12 Days of Halloween”

Day 1

These meatballs are on a level 10 due to the amazing glaze the combo of cooked BBQ sauce and apricot preserves make. If by the off chance, you have a guest who just had a head injury and isn’t a meatball fan, they will at least appreciate the name of them. I personally think you shouldn’t have friends who don’t like meatballs though. These can also be easily adapted to Vegetarian by swapping the meatballs with a mock meatball sold in just about any grocery store.

Yeah, sure you can make the meatballs by scratch if you’d like (and I’d be happy to give you a recipe if you email me), but I know when I’m cooking a lot of food in a hurry it’s sometimes nice to have options such as pre-made meatballs.
