t’s that time of year again! Michael and a group of his male friends head off to a lawyer convention, leaving their wives home alone. Of course, these ladies aren’t stupid and they know their men are just out having a “good time” without them getting in the way. Picked up by a chauffeur (played by a young, slim Ron Jeremy), the boys head out to a sex resort for the weekend. The wives, on the other hand, have some sin-sational plans of their own…
Ron Jeremy!! Yeah, I know he isn’t the focus of this porn film from Impulse Films, but he IS here for those of you who can’t help but be a fan of the dude. The story here is simple; we got men and women out having a good time to spite one another. The end results are a whole lot of sex scenes! But these are sex scenes that do have good looking women for the most part, so we can’t help but give the movie our attention, even if the overall plot is a little lacking. But who does go into watching a porn flick looking for a plot? It does help for those of us who like plots and an attempt is made here.
And the movie does pack some classic porn style dudes with their early 80s/late 70s mustaches. It is the little things like that that can make watching stuff like this fun if you’re in the right mood. I don’t think anyone puts a film like this out in order to be taken super seriously. Odds are they get the joke and they find it amusing as well. I find a movie like, Same Time Every Year, amusing overall. I didn’t expect Gone with the Wind and I think as long as you go into it with that same mind state you won’t mind what you get.
