Snuff 102 cranks up the gore with jaw-dropping brutality, but its sluggish, predictable plot and recycled shock tactics make it feel more like a chore than a thrill. Unless you’re a die-hard horror fanatic, your precious hour and forty minutes are better spent elsewhere.
