Being born in 1983, I have some love for the 80s. Needless to say I would rather wear a tshirt sporting something from the 80s rather than wear one with some new meme on it that will probably be out of style by the end of the week. The stuff from the 1980s has proven to stand the test of time and if you want some of that timeless goodness on you, then click on over to 80stees.com where you can find that and then some! PLUS they have some of the fastest shipping I’ve seen from a tshirt company. Below is a look at what I recently ordered from them. Rest a sure that there is this and much more on the site…
To sum things up, here was my order
First up we got the “Macho Man” Randy Savage purple t-shirt! The Macho Man shirt comes in different colors, but I always remember the purple colored one. In the late 80s in the WWF, as Ultimate Warrior made his rise, we already had Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage. They teamed, they did battle, and they both had probably the most popular wrestling shirts of the 80s. This purple shirt was recently made even more historic by being used for not one but two WWE action figures featuring Savage with the shirt.
I just want to toss on some sun glasses, a bandanna, and give all the kids elbow smashes this Halloween just thinking about it!
I grew up watching a movie called Predator on VHS. This was a great movie. We had a alien hunter, who bleed green slime, and could turn himself invisible practically doing battle with The Terminator, Apollo Creed, and Jesse “The Body” Ventura. While there are a lot of great moments from the movie, most people remember the “handshake”!
Dillon, you son of a bitch is not only a great quote, but it made a great image that in return has made a great tshirt that you can also get from 80stees.com. I don’t know your social status, but having this shirt will boost your cool points most defiantly.
I owned a large amount of Masters of the Universe action figures in the 80s. I had a whole heck of a lot of versions of He-Man, but next to him I had tons of Skeletor ones as well! Now, Skeletor doesn’t wear a shirt (battle damage Skeletor doesn’t count). I’m not sure what you can that thing he does wear, but IF he did wear a shirt, I’m sure it would be this shirt of him in the process of doing an evil laugh.
GOOSEBUMPS SLAPPY THE DUMMY SHIRT
Alright, so maybe this next one didn’t take place in the 80s, but in 1994 when I was schooling fools at accelerated reading, I was doing it by reading R.L. Stine Goosebumps books. I was already rushing home to watch the TV show at one point, but that’s another story. Anyway, the book “Night of the Living Dummy” was probably the most popular book next to The Haunted Mask, I got nothing to prove this, so just work with me here. The story of a dummy go a sequel and was always a favorite, needless to say because of this I had to have the shirt.
Now if only I could find some of those darn books!
I grew up watching G.I. Joe and buying G.I. Joe toys. Here’s a random pic of me a few years ago enjoying my G.I. Joe season 1 DVD in a room with teddy-bear wallpaper.
None the less, Storm Shadow, was my favorite character and I read the comics, so I knew for certain how much of a bad ass he is. I think soo highly of Storm Shadow that I even have a scene talking about him in my film MORBID, which may or may not actually get released on DVD sometime before we all die.
I was a Storm Shadow fan, I was a Cobra fan, and I love hoodies. So why wouldn’t I go for something as awesome as this? Fear not, however, they also have a Cobra Commander inspired one and more.
