If you are into karate action you will probably be the type of person a movie like this is aimed clearly at. The movie packs plenty of action and the film really does look great for a 1080p release. Things really do pop off the screen at times, so in a way we get plenty of action and eye-candy in the form of how the movie is presented. That should tell you what kind of film we are dealing with here.

Of course the movie does have the bad luck of not really doing anything wrong, but also not really standing out from the pack. We certainly have no Revenge of the Ninja or Miami Connection on our hands, still what we have isn’t at all bad. So I’d say this is a movie that makes for a fun watch if you are into karate, revenge, and a nice transfer. The story and everything else, however, isn’t anything new. And, I’m sure some could say that it isn’t a bad thing to stick to the format at times.
