There’s a new group of young ladies working at St. Elizabeth Hospital and they’re all looking for love. These nurses are watched over by a fairly strict dorm supervisor, but with the help of the mysterious Yuki, they are able to sneak in their boyfriends at night. Yuki is a terrible influence on the girls, but she sure knows how to have fun! When a bandaged man walks into the hospital looking for Yuki, her past is revealed. His name is Tadao and he was secretly married to Yuki. He wants to rekindle their failed relationship, but she has other ideas. On one strange night, the boyfriends, Tadao and many others all converge at the hospital for the evening. NURSE GIRL DORM: STICKY FINGERS mixes madcap comedy and jaw-dropping scenes that only Nikkatsu studios could unleash.
If you do enjoy Nikkatsu films and the recent releases from Impulse, then I am sure you will like the silly and steamy nature of Nurse Girl Dorm: Sticky Fingers. It seems like a bit of a take of the naughty nurse Corman films that were also well liked at the time. The thing is, Nikkatsu seemed to take the whole concept to a whole new extreme and that is surely the case here. If you like the more raunchy and silly side of things you have come to the right place here. That isn’t to say that the movie is still lacking in some very key areas.
For one, I don’t think I cared as much for the plot as I’d like to. It seems pretty by the book or maybe just typical for what you have come to expect from these films. That isn’t to say that the erotic stuff doesn’t do what it was surely meant to do, because if nothing else works in a Nikkatsu film they at least always get that part of things right. So just take a film like this for what it is and enjoy it for what it is. You will find that if you are wanting more erotic comedy than anything else you should be happy with the results.
