Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin certainly has its faults. It is at times too serious, with characters that seem to be a bit too deeply entrenched in the darkness of their own lives. The story does not always move forward as quickly as it could, often getting bogged down in unnecessary details. The dialogue is often clunky and can be difficult to follow. Furthermore, the show suffers from occasional pacing issues, making it feel too slow in some places. Additionally, the show lacks much of the tension and suspense of its predecessor, leaving viewers feeling less engaged with the action. Finally, some of the acting can be a bit hammy at times, which takes away from the impact of the story. All in all, fans of the original run of the show will like this the most. It might be a little hit and miss for the rest.
